I hired Enlightened Remodeling to remodel two bathrooms for each of our children. Alex, the owner of the company, did a fantastic job explaining the entire process, putting in a competitive bid, and also exuded a ton of confidence in answering all of my technical questions (e.g., why use x-material and not y-material), making it very easy for me to select ER.
Once the job began, the foreman and worker, Don and Cain respectively, progressed well each day, ensured the rest of the house remained clean, and cleaned up after each day. They were respectful of my property, had great communication, and also fully answered my many technical questions during the construction.
What stood out as a positive note was how they dealt with problems that inevitably occur during construction. For my project, two distinct issues occurred, which resolved to utmost satisfaction: 1) The rain head for the shower stall was installed too low. We never discussed the height of this, so I viewed it as equally our fault. Instead of trying to negotiate a price to repair, Cain took full ownership and actually destroyed the finished tile work to get to the plumbing to adjust the rain head higher. This far exceeded my expectations. 2) ER's supplier sent incorrect models of the sliding door for the shower stall multiple times, delaying the project completion. Alex went to the supplier himself to resolve this, and we got the correct model in due time.
Finally, Alex and Don were quick to resolve any punch list items at the end, no matter how small (and perhaps insignificant to some!) the issues were. They took my concerns seriously and resolved all items.
I look forward to hiring ER again in the future, whenever I need more bathroom remodeling for my other bathrooms.

Jacob and the crew from Enlightened Remodeling did a great job on a full renovation of my bathroom, including demolition and removal of the old tub, vanity, floors and walls; and installation of new tub/shower enclosure, floor tile, dry wall, lighting, vanity and storage cabinet. They were always courteous, hard working, and focused on achieving my desired result. Renovation in your home is always disruptive, but it was a pleasure to work with this team. I would be happy to use Enlighted Remodeling in the future for other home projects.
