Talk about an entertainer's dream! The clients came to us with a classic problem: a big, empty basement, and a love for hosting. They wanted the ultimate spot for everything from game days to fancy wine nights, but had no clue how to make it all happen. Before the basement was just a concrete box with a few lonely support poles. Our biggest challenge was figuring out how to carve out dedicated zones for all that fun without just throwing up a bunch of walls and making it feel cramped.

The foundation of the design by Sarah of Hillside Manor is the custom-built Amish cabinetry. We chose this option for its unparalleled craftsmanship, durability, and the natural warmth of the wood. To add texture and a unique focal point, we selected a handcrafted Rosemary Fireclay tile for the backsplash.

Octopus Garden

The client had no idea what she wanted except that she wanted something that was bold, colorful, and fun. We started this project by having to really scratch our heads to figure out how to fit everything in. Once the layout was finalized, we had a ton of fun going through several iterations of the design with the client and used orange octopus wallpaper, an ocean blue glass tile in the shower with 2 water outputs and a big comfy bench, a large format 18" x 36" blue chevron floor tile, and a custom vanity with a wall mount spigot and custom shaped mirror.

Timeless Bathroom Remodel

This bathroom remodel creates a bright and timeless space by combining classic materials with modern, elegant touches. The design is anchored by large-format, white marble-look tiles in the shower, which contrast beautifully with the vintage-inspired black-and-white hexagon mosaic floor. Polished chrome fixtures, a clean white vanity, and elegant glass sconces flanking an oval mirror complete this welcoming retreat.
