Small Master Bathroom, Big Vision | Modern Bathroom Remodel
The Challenge & The Vision
The primary challenge with this bathroom was its compact footprint. Like many homes in the Pittsburgh area, the space felt limited, with builder-grade finishes that lacked personality and efficient storage. The client felt the room was dark and cramped, failing to serve as the relaxing, functional space they needed. Our task was to completely reimagine the bathroom without altering its existing dimensions.
We ended up with a design that maximized the perception of space and light. We aimed for a "quiet luxury" aesthetic, where high-quality materials and thoughtful details would elevate the everyday experience: high-quality porcelain tiles, a half shower glass, low curb threshold, and rainfall showerhead. The goal was a bright, airy, and calming environment with smart, integrated storage solutions to keep the small space clutter-free and highly functional.
