The Challenge & The Vision

Who says small spaces can't have BIG personality? We had so much fun turning this powder room into a total jewel box. The star of the show is the incredible mix of patterns and textures that proves you can, and should, go bold in a small room!

We started with a vibrant, encaustic-style tile wainscoting full of rich, earthy colors. To make the space feel extra special, we wrapped the upper walls and the ceiling in a warm grasscloth wallpaper, creating a super cozy and enveloping vibe. A playful cluster of round mirrors adds the perfect artistic touch. This is how you make a powder room completely unforgettable!

Key Features and Finishes

Bold Tile

A vibrant, patchwork-style tile with diverse patterns and earthy colors is used on the floor and as a high wainscoting, creating a bold, Mediterranean-inspired foundation.

Textural Grasscloth Walls

The upper walls and ceiling are wrapped in a light-colored, natural grasscloth wallpaper, adding a layer of organic texture that contrasts with the smooth tile.

Natural Wood Accents

The space is unified by light wood elements, including a trio of round mirrors and a louvered cabinet, which enhance the room's warm and natural aesthetic.
