Pittsburgh Curved Composite Deck with Integrated Lighting
The Challenge & The Vision
This client tasked us with building a unique outdoor space that offered a classic wood aesthetic using modern, low-maintenance materials. We desigend and constructed this expansive composite deck. We crafted a sweeping curve into the main section, creating a dynamic focal point for entertaining and maximizing views of their wooded backyard. The brown composite decking that captures the warmth of natural wood without requiring yearly staining or sealing. The deck is enclosed with dark bronze composite post sleeves and black aluminum balusters, providing a secure and sophisticated look. To enhance safety and ambiance after sunset, we integrated low-voltage LED lighting directly into the stair risers, illuminating the wide staircase to the yard.
We built a durable, elegant outdoor platform that perfectly fulfills the homeowner’s vision for a premier backyard retreat in the Pittsburgh area, ready for years of backyard parties and family grilling!
