The homeowners required a durable, second-story deck to safely connect their main living area to the backyard below. We engineered and constructed this robust elevated platform, delivering a low-maintenance solution that enhances their home's functionality. Our team built a solid pressure-treated frame and installed premium gray composite decking, which resists weathering and eliminates the need for seasonal painting or staining. We framed the deck and the long staircase with a crisp white vinyl railing system, offering a clean look that requires minimal upkeep. For added peace of mind, we installed a secure, self-latching gate at the top of the stairs.
