Zen Shower with Brass-Backed Niches | Pittsburgh Bathroom Remodel
The Challenge & The Vision
We used large horizontal streaked grey-brown tiles to create a zen, spa-like atmosphere. This design blends earthy tones with contemporary style. We wanted to maximize the space so we carved two recessed niches into the shower wall. The burnished brass backing makes them a standout feature. Paired with a fold-down teak bench that vanishes when you don't need it, the whole shower feels incredibly open.
